Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Cherishing Events.These Terms & Conditions outline the rules, responsibilities, and policies related to our event planning services.
1. Booking & Confirmation
All birthday event bookings must be confirmed with a signed agreement and a minimum 50% advance payment. Dates are not reserved until the advance is received. The remaining balance must be paid no later than 3 days before the event date.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event will receive a 30% refund of the advance.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will not be eligible for a refund.
If the event is postponed due to unavoidable circumstances, we will do our best to reschedule based on availability.
3.Customization & Changes
Final event details (theme, décor, venue setup, etc.) must be confirmed at least 5 days prior to the event.
Last-minute changes may incur additional charges or may not be feasible depending on logistics.
All custom requests are subject to feasibility and vendor availability.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client must provide accurate event details (venue access, power supply, permissions, etc.).
Delays caused by venue restrictions or lack of cooperation may impact the execution of services.
Cherishing Events is not responsible for third-party delays or failures unless the service is booked through us.
5. Damage or Loss
Any loss or damage to rental décor, props, or equipment during the event due to negligence will be charged to the client.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that children or guests do not mishandle equipment or setups.
6. Photography & Promotion
We may photograph or record parts of the event for our portfolio and promotional use (website, social media, brochures).
If you wish to opt out of this, please inform us in writing at the time of booking.
7.Force Majeure
Cherishing Events shall not be held liable for delays, cancellations, or service disruptions caused by natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, political unrest, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
8. Liability
We are committed to delivering safe and joyful experiences.
However, Cherishing Events is not liable for any personal injuries, accidents, or damages during the event caused by guests or external vendors not managed by us.
9. Payment Methods
We accept bank transfers, UPI, and cash payments. A receipt will be issued for all transactions.
All payments must be completed before event execution begins.A
10. Agreement Acceptance
By confirming your booking with Cherishing Events, you acknowledge and agree to the above terms and conditions.
